Tools and Materials
High-quality, handcrafted orthoses require first-class tools and materials adjusted to the production technique. All of the products we offer in this section, such as the lightweight yet durable carbon fibre fabric, were designed for the production of state-of-the-art AFOs and KAFOs.
Our tools are specifically designed for processing our system joints/system articulated side bars and articulated side bars for knee orthoses. Other tools from our product range enhance the quality level within the production process.
Our carefully selected, high-quality materials are tailored to the production of functional and long-lasting orthoses. For example, a specific epoxy resin guarantees the best processing quality. The use of all materials offered by us is described in detail in our online tutorials in the section “Producing the Orthosis”.
